辽宁省铁岭橡胶工业研究设计院始建于1957年，是从事橡胶密封制品设计、开发、生产、服务的专业科研单位。1988年实行事业单位企业化管理。现有职工500余人，其中工程技术人员210人。1978年以来获、省、部、市级奖励的科研成果50余项。本院技术力量雄厚，科研生产设备及检测仪器齐全先进，年生产能力3000万元。主要生产离子膜电解槽橡胶垫片、橡胶膜片、DZ型轧机锟颈密封、O形橡胶密封圈等各种特殊用途和新材料的橡胶系列制品；开展橡胶密封制品的技术咨询、技术服务；承担化学石油橡胶配件质量监督检验中心、辽宁省橡胶制品质量监督检验的工作。本院已通过SO9001质量体系认证，质量方针是：“确保、追求高新”。 第五研究室常年生产氟胶O形圈:13019927925蔡洪志04104834577(传)
